Social Lab
Project:
This research will involve several studies addressing the experience of prejudice. Some students will work on studies involving psychophysiology.
Description:
Our lab looks at stigma from the perspective of the stigmatized. 199s will be involved in projects looking at the psychological and physiological effects of stress caused by stigmatized status.
Duties:
Responsibilities include running participants and acting in studies involving confederates, entering and scoring data and general lab organizational tasks. Particularly motivated students may have the opportunity to analyze and present data.
Additional Requirements:
We are looking for motivated, dedicated Psychology majors who can commit to the lab for a full year, including summer 06.
