Description:
Our lab does research on how emotions influence cognition, attitudes and behavior such as prejudice and discrimination. We also do research on persuasion, especially how emotions influence people's attitudes.
Duties:
We are looking for bright, motivated students to fill research assistant positions in the Social Emotions Lab. Research assistants are essential to the smooth operation of the lab and the completion of numerous research projects. If you are interested in gaining research experience and working more closely with faculty and graduate researchers, this is a great opportunity.
Additional Requirements:
We are looking for undergraduates with a 3.0 GPA or higher, a Psychology major, high motivation, maturity and responsibility, at least 8 hours/week for two quarters, and an interest in research
