N&B faculty continue a strong tradition of successful NIH
grant competition!
- Aaron Ettenberg has recently received a five-year renewal on his grant
from the National Institute on Drug Abuse for “Mechanisms of Opiate
and Stimulant Drug Reinforcement”
- Jerry Jacobs has recently received a five-year renewal on his grant
from the National Eye Institute for "Within-species variations
in visual capacity”
Kudos to N&B students!
- Barbara Nofrey, a student in the Brake lab, wins the award for best
student presentation at the annual Society for Behavioral Neuroendocrinology
conference for her work on estrogen and attention.
- Vanessa Woods, Daniel Guzman (Ettenberg lab) and Kristianne Priebe
(Brake Lab) all received honorable mention for NSF Pre-Doctoral Fellowship.
- Daniel Guzman wins honorable mention for the APA minority fellowship.
