Mizuho Shinada is a visiting researcher working with Professor Leda Cosmides at the Center for Evolutionary Psychology. She completed her Ph.D in Social Psychology from Hokkaido University in 2007, working with Dr. ToshioYamagishi to investigate the free-rider problem in public goods games. Her main research interests are the evolution of cooperation and trust through cheater/altruist detection. She is funded by a fellowship from Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS).
