Sheng Zhang Specialist

Sheng Zhang is a visiting researcher in the Department of Psychology, UCSB where he works in the field of computer vision and medical image analysis. Sheng obtained his Bachelor degree from Zhejiang University in 1998, China and Ph.D degree from the Department of Computer Science, National University of Singapore in 2006. His main focus is pattern recognition and machine learning, more specifically, face recognition. He is currently working with Professor Miguel Eckstein and Professor Craig Abbey.
