Jelena Ristic is a postdoctoral researcher working with Barry Giesbrecht. Her research is funded by a postdoctoral fellowship from Natural Sciences and Engineering Council of Canada (NSERC). Jelena completed her doctorate training in cognitive psychology in 2006 at the Department of Psychology at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada under the supervision of Dr. Alan Kingstone. Her main research interests lie in examining behavioral and neural correlates of the human attention system, particularly its functions in social situations, as well as its development and dysfunctions in patient populations.
